Video preview: Behind the scenes with the Atlanta Ballet’s “Nutcracker” preparations



In the video below, ArtsATL takes you into the Atlanta Ballet’s rehearsal studio, where the dancers are preparing for the annual performances of the classic “Nutcracker,” which opens on December 6 and runs through December 29. Artistic director John McFall talks about keeping it fresh. One new flourish: illusionist Drew Thomas will play the mysterious Drosselmeyer through December 15.
