Attend: Things to see and do around Atlanta, March 13-23



The Atlanta Film Festival opens its 10-day run at the Plaza Theatre on Friday, March 15 with a movie marathon. Kicking off with short documentaries collectively titled “This Is Atlanta,” it will present

Mud,” starring  Matthew McConaughey (above), “Breakdown Reward,” a Greek crime caper, and a midnight showing of — what else?– “Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

In all, the fest will screen more than 50 films, many of which were locally shot or have some other Atlanta connection.
